Testing accuracy:
Both Hard Disks were
fully defragmented using the Windows 98 SE Defrag tool with the "Rearrange program files so my programs
start faster" option enabled.
The Registry was checked for errors and fully compacted using the Windows 98 SE
native MS-DOS mode Scanreg tool: SCANREG /FIX
Posted results are the average of 3 test runs
under identical conditions: clean boot with NO Win32 TSRs or programs running.
