Some of these files are archived in ZIP, RAR or 7Z format. You need a file decompression (unZIPping) tool to extract their contents. I recommend:

Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP/2003/Vista/2008/7 users: one of these FREE(ware) 32-bit File Shrinkers.
Windows/WfWG 3.1x users: Info-ZIP WiZ 16-bit (free).
DOS users: one of these DOS ZIP/unZIP 16-bit tools [free(ware)].

STAY SAFE: Scan for viruses ALL files downloaded from the Internet!
Operating System/software/hardware REQUIRED for installing upgrades/patches/fixes/drivers!
NEWEST at the top -> OLDEST at the bottom.
Installing Windows OS components/upgrades/patches/fixes/drivers/tools may require you logged on with Administrative/Power User privileges.
